Full job description: Field Sales Representative


Zoni Field Sales Representatives are a dynamic and results-driven individuals' who are responsible for promoting and selling Zoni’s products/services through face-to-face interactions, engaging with potential clients at various events, trade fairs, and on-site visits. They distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures in condominiums, businesses, and other targeted locations to drive Zoni brand awareness and increase sales.

Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential customers to generate sales.
- Meet with clients and prospects in person at their offices, homes, or other designated locations to present products/services.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales and expand the customer base.

Event and Fair Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, fairs, and community gatherings to showcase products and engage with potential clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns at events to drive awareness and sales.
- Collect customer feedback and insights from event attendees to report to the marketing and product teams.

Flyer Distribution and Outreach:
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials in targeted locations such as condominiums, apartment complexes, office buildings, and local businesses.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach or set up stands/tables in high-traffic areas to promote products and drive interest.

Relationship Building and Networking:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business owners to foster trust and repeat business.
- Network with key influencers, business owners, and decision-makers in various industries to open doors for new sales opportunities.

Reports:
- Provide feedback on competitor products and services to help refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer insights, and outreach activities to management.

In-person

  • Bilingual skills Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a customer-facing role (preferably in B2B or B2C sectors).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to represent the brand professionally at events and when distributing marketing materials.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working outside of an office environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for customer engagement and sales.
