Full job description: ESL Curriculum Developer

At Zoni, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the ESL learning journey. As an ESL Curriculum Developer, you'll be responsible for designing innovative, engaging, and impactful curriculum materials that foster language acquisition and cultural awareness. You'll create detailed lesson plans, interactive activities, and assessments that address various learning styles and skill levels. Your content will aim to enhance both language proficiency and cultural understanding, empowering students to communicate confidently in real-world situations. • Develop and design ESL lesson plans, activities, and assessments for both online and print formats.
• Create in-depth textbooks, workbooks, and supplementary resources focused on language acquisition and cultural awareness.
• Organize content for various proficiency levels, incorporating interactive tools and exercises.
• Supervise quality assurance procedures to ensure consistent high standards across all ESL content.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align curriculum with educational goals.
• Modify content to accommodate diverse learning needs, promoting accessibility and inclusivity.
• Analyze student data to refine and enhance curriculum for improved outcomes.
• Lead projects and manage timelines to ensure the timely creation and delivery of curriculum materials.
• Continuously update and enhance materials to reflect current educational trends and incorporate student feedback.

Expertise in designing and implementing ESL lesson plans and assessments for both online and print platforms.
Ability to develop comprehensive coursework, including chapters and exercises, focused on language acquisition and real-world communication.
Experience in structuring textbooks and supplementary materials for different proficiency levels.
Strong understanding of integrating multimedia and educational technologies to enhance learning.
Ability to use interactive tools and strategies that support various learning styles.
Knowledge of ESL frameworks (e.g., CEFR, TOEFL, IELTS) and language learning standards.
Experience managing curriculum projects and collaborating with teams to ensure success.
Ability to adapt content for diverse, multilingual, and multicultural learners.
Strong communication skills for creating clear and engaging content.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
