Course Extension Fees & Requests
If a student has not completed a course at the end of the 16-week term, the student can apply for a 4-week extension which is subject to a $50 fee in addition to their regular monthly tuition charges. If a student is still not finished with the course after 4 weeks of extension, the student will be put on Student Academic Progress (SAP) hold and must meet with an academic advisor. If granted by the
academic advisor, the student has the ability to extend the course for an additional 16-week period and is subject to a $200 fee in addition to their monthly tuition. If enrolled in a high school diploma program, students will still be required to complete two other academic courses during the extension period to keep up with satisfactory academic progress.
