ZONI® - American High School

Zoni American High School is dedicated to your satisfaction with the program. In the event of discontinuation, the following refund policies apply:

During the first four weeks after enrollment, students may receive a partial or full refund of tuition (excluding the registration fee) depending on whether or not the student has had instructor contact. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via U.S. mail or email to admissions@zoni.edu by the end of the 4th week of enrollment.

Registration Fees are not refundable to students.

No requests for refunds will be honored once the student has completed the program in which the student was enrolled.

No refund for courses that the student has completed

A student enrolled in the individual course program has 16 weeks from the original date of acceptance to complete courses taken individually. No requests for refunds may be made after that date.

100% refund of all monies received from a student who cancels enrollment during the first 5 days after submission of the Enrollment Agreement (excluding registration fee).

If upon notification of withdrawal a student is due a refund from Zoni American High School, the refund will be mailed to the student within 30 days. If Zoni American High School is due an amount greater than the amount that has been paid, that amount is due and payable to Zoni American High School within 30 days after withdrawal from the program.

Refund Calculations

Individual Course Programs

Refund calculations for an Individual Course Program are based on the number of courses in which the student is enrolled at the time of withdrawal at a cost of $198 per one-credit course, excluding the cost of extensions. This applies to students who paid for the course in full.

Refund calculation example: A student withdrawing in week 8 of a one credit course would no longer be due a refund and would be charged the full tuition of $198.00. Or if enrolled in a half credit course the student would owe the full tuition in the fourth week. Otherwise, the student would owe the amount based on the tables above for the courses in which the student was enrolled, plus the non-refundable registration fee, which would be subtracted from the payments made, excluding course extension fees.
