This Privacy Policy describes how Zoni Language Centers (“Zoni”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of our students, alumni, faculty, staff, donors, and users of this website, http://www.zoni.edu, and other websites that we may own, control or subscribe to.
We periodically update this Privacy Policy and reserve the right to change the provisions of this Policy or our privacy practices at any time. If you are a Zoni student, alumni, faculty member and staff member or receive emails from Zoni, you will receive notice when this Privacy Policy is modified. If not, we encourage you to review this site periodically and we will alert you that changes have been made by updating the Effective Date of the Policy. Your use of the websites constitutes consent to any changes in this Policy as in effect on the date of such use.

Prospective students should direct any request for access and/or changes to admissions@zoni.edu. Faculty and employees should direct any request for access and/or changes to hr@zoni.edu. To verify that the request is authentic, we may require that such request be sent from the email address associated with your personal information. While we will comply reasonably and promptly to your request, we may need to retain some of your information for our own recordkeeping or to fulfill a legal obligation.
How Zoni Collects Your Personal Information

If you apply to be a student at Zoni, we will require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, standardized test scores, and other information.

How Zoni Protects Personal Information
