Refund and Return Policies
Please review the following carefully: all sales are final, and no refunds will be made unless the item is damaged. In the case of a damaged item, please contact our customer service for instructions and send photos of the damaged item to refunds@zoni.edu.
Returning Items Bought from the Zoni Store
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please note that all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged item, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, plus any applicable taxes, to your original form of payment for items reported as damaged within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
